Talent Acquisition Enablement Lead

Why We Have This Role

As we continue to expand and evolve, it's essential to have a dedicated lead focused on enabling our recruiters for success. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent efficiently and effectively. This is a senior individual contributor role and is also part of our TA Leadership Team.

Your ultimate responsibility is to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is best-in-class in productivity, excellence/quality, systems, and diversity through training and enablement. This will include documenting processes (defining Standards of Excellence) and standardizing training globally. You will need to work across all TA Leadership Team members and ensure alignment between all functional and regional talent acquisition teams.

How You'll Find Success

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to streamline and optimize our talent acquisition strategies and processes, resulting in improved hiring outcomes and enhanced candidate experiences. You'll be a critical member of our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and foster collaboration and alignment between TA leaders and individual contributors, as well as other relevant stakeholders across the business.

How You'll Grow

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop the enablement program for talent acquisition, including best practices and training programs. You'll also enhance your leadership skills by spearheading initiatives and driving change within the organization.

Things You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver training programs to empower recruiters and hiring managers with the necessary skills and tools.

  • Educate recruiters so they spend less time navigating processes and more time on their core jobs.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of TA enablement processes and systems.

  • Increase recruiter productivity through conversion rates and overall speed in hiring process.

  • Enable recruiters to better understand where to prioritize their time.

  • Partner with TA managers to better invest in every team member’s long and short term goals, including career development and planning.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources / Training and Enablement.

  • Proven experience and career focus on building programs and process improvement.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Experience developing and delivering live and virtual trainings and/or workshops.

  • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition technologies and systems.
