Alliance Fence and Supply in Provo, Utah is hiring for a full-time Delivery Coordinator. Duties: Worker will supervise Order Fillers and prepare items for shipment, including assembly, packaging and delivering items to be shipped. Receive inventory, components, and orders and insure orders are correctly filled, invoiced, and paid. Will arrange for transportation of products. Will pick up supplies, or direct others to do so, inspect and test components, kits and material for quality control, assembly, repair, packaging, wrapping and labeling products to make ready for delivery. Will examine materials and products to determine specific handling requirements. Will review orders, production schedules, kits and determine work sequences to meet shipping dates, send to destinations and plan shipping routes. Will direct workers and assist in delivering and routing materials to departments using hand-truck, fork lift and vehicles; and in moving, storing, loading or unloading and shipping materials, components and finished products. Will use computers, and software including Excel and supply chain software to prepare and submit reports on work activities, operations, production, and work-related accidents. Day Shift- from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Days off- Saturday and Sunday. Salary: $37,482-$42,00/year. Job Requirements: Two years experience using Excel and, or ERP software to manage inventory, shipping or deliveries. Two years experience in warehouse industry. Two years experience supervising workers. Fork Lift certification. Work experience must show the ability to exert maximum muscle force to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing more than 50 lbs. Work experience must show willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, in heat or cold.Work experience must show willingness to work weekends and evening hours, when needed.
