Avanade Inc. Client Services Lead, Northeast Region in Providence, Rhode Island

The Avanade X Northeast Region Client Services is responsible for building strong, trusted client relationships for our most strategic accounts within the region, providing value to the client far beyond a contract or statement of work (SOW).

This role is accountable for managing NE Region client engagements[1] [s1] , client satisfaction, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the region through exceptional relationship building and client management. What you'll do:

Client Partner

•Strategically build client relationship trust and functions as a business partner, advisor and relationship lead for our clients.

•Understand our client and prospect’s business, brand and customer behaviors to develop winning strategies

•Constantly tracks the market and competitive sets, on top of innovation, latest business trends and cultural happenings.

•Responsible for overall client satisfaction and ensures the client is getting the best results from the entire agency team.

Growth

•Drives organic growth, identifying, and opening new revenue streams.

•Keeps SVP, Client Partner apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances

Great Work

•Provides clear strategic leadership and guidance for multidisciplinary teams to ensure all work aligns with client business needs and expectations

•Identifies and implements strategic initiatives designed to impact client business and drive agency growth.

•Holds Creative, Strategy and Delivery accountable to deliver and course correct, if/as needed.

Building, Leading, Mentoring, Networking

• Builds strong working relationships with department leads and department staff.

• Develops, coaches, mentors talent

• Works with SVP, Client Partner and Human Resources to identify, attract and retain talent.

• Acts as a Role Model by representing, communicating and leading Avanade’s overall vision, mission and values.

Skills and experiences:

  • Deep industry account and/or product management knowledge to build high-quality experiences with strategic value.

  • Experience with financial growth on individual pieces of business

  • Deep knowledge of digital business practices

  • Experience in the application of multi-channel marketing programs

  • Displayed evidence of a growth mindset, passion for problem-solving, strategic thinking, and customer-orientation among a team.

  • Expert communication and ability present confidently to senior level clients (remote and public speaking).

  • Skilled at fostering strong, cohesive interdisciplinary teams and a master coach who can motivate, grow, course-correct, and guide a team to success.

  • Experience in growing teams, spearheading strategic initiatives, developing GTM materials, and bringing to market new value propositions.

    About you:

  • You likely have relevant education or 10 years of digital, client services, and people management experience.

  • You have Sales experience in a digital agency, consulting or start-up setting.

  • You have a digital strategy mindset and experience solutioning for clients.

  • You want to partner with Avanade’s Sales workforce to figure out what we can offer our clients and open us up for growth.

  • You have an experimental mindset, take risks, build processes, and are comfortable with ambiguity.

  • You are someone who understands and is EXCITED about the "hustle" of creating new initiatives.

  • You can travel up to 25% and negotiate contracts with clients and partners at the executive level.
