OVERVIEW

As an Agency Lead & Digital Producer, on our team, you will be responsible for working with internal clients to shape a variety of project briefs for ETS products and services. These projects will be routed to an external agency partner or an internal creative team.

In working with the team, you will need to strategically ensure all briefs translate business objectives into creative needs, timelines, and budgets. You will advise clients on what creative assets are needed and how to ensure the work stays on-brand.

For projects channeled to external agencies, you will be the conduit between the external agency and the internal client and will serve as the “client” to the external agency when working in this capacity. For projects channeled to internal creative capabilities, you will also play an active project management role, leading the internal creative team to get the work done on time and on budget. Managing the internal client relationship is paramount. You will need to ensure expectations are managed, issues are heard, and problems are solved.

We are seeking a talented Agency Lead and Digital Producer who will bring a mix of marketing strategy, project management, and creative knowledge to bear, ensuring the work is done at the highest quality and on-brief. The person in this role is expected to understand the product and brand priorities and goals to facilitate producing excellent creative outputs.

The right candidate will need to successfully balance multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather feedback during the creation of marketing briefs and assist in directing the brief to external agency partners and internal teams.

  • Agency Partnerships: Acts as an account lead when working with external agency partners, helping drive projects to completion on time and on budget.

  • Project Management: Provides exemplary project management support to ensure that client needs are consistently met with quality while efficiently working with in-house creative services to deliver on-time and on budget.

  • Client Management: Ability to anticipate client needs and stay ahead of creative activities.

  • Communication: Keeps the team up to date about project status, including expectations and timelines. Must be able to successfully handle multiple projects.

  • Research and Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and bring those ideas to the client and team.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE

5 years working with or in agencies, creative marketing, or creative project management

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Exceptionally collaborative, working with both internal ETS businesses and external creative agency teams.

Proactive planner and effective communicator.

Great at listening to business marketing needs and translating them into project scopes.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage, coordinate, and prioritize consistently across a large and evolving work portfolio.

Proven track record of success working in a very fast-paced environment, multi-tasking among a large number of work products and internal partners.

Strong time management skills, consistently able to meet tight deadlines with high quality.

Very strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Must be self-motivated to ensure deadlines are achieved.

Proficient in PowerPoint, word, and excel.

Proficient in learning, able to become a content author in CMS for basic web updates.

Nice-to-have: Figma, Adobe, Axzure.

Familiarity with Higher Education and/or Research & Learning industries, or similar fields, is a plus.
