Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Hub Services Specialty Pharmacy Office Dublin Dublin, Ohio As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Hub Services, you will organize and supervise activities in the Specialty Pharmacy Hub (Patient Care Services) according to CPS policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. Leads specialty pharmacy hub team to successfully meet performance metrics. Recommends innovations in the practice and function of Patient Care Services to administration and carries out mutually agreed upon programs. Schedule: This position is full-time, 40+ hours, variable schedule, Monday through Friday to include some evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. About the Facility: The Patient Care Service Center is a service of our expanding CPS specialty pharmacy division. The Patient Care Service Center is located in our Dublin, Ohio location providing specialty pharmacy support to our clients and patients. The operation is located in a high-security, modern office building.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospitals to manage and support their specialty pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy utilizes TherigySTM, Multiple Pharmacy Management Systems and Microsoft Suite of Products. The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Required Qualifications: B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy where the position is located and any additional states as requested by the Director, Patient Care Services 3+ years of specialty pharmacy experience 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience Previous experience leading large teams preferred Previous experience leading specialty pharmacy call center preferred Previous prior authorization experience Experience providing clinical support for pharmacy programs Proficient computer skills using Pharmacy systems and Microsoft applications - Outlook Word, and Excel Effective communication skills - verbal and written. Through training and/or experience, possess necessary knowledge to provide oversight of medication regimens for the patient populations treated in the facility including a knowledge of dosing for specific age populations.
