As a part of the Optum network, CareMount Medical is seeking top-performing and passionate PGY3 and Chief Residents who are part of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine program and are set on practicing in New York state after graduation. This summer, in addition to receiving full-time offers with a 2025 start, a select number of residents will be chosen to join our Physician Pathways Program, a paid mentorship during final months of training.

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO

• PGY3 or Chief Resident in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Program

• Residency completion date: Summer 2025

• Desire to practice out-patient care in NY state post-residency

New York Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $33,280 to $41,700 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
