The Lutheran Care Center in Poughkeepsie has an immediate need for an experienced Per Diem RN MDS Coordinator.

This individual will be responsible to organize, direct and coordinate MDS+ assessments and PRI's in compliance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs. The ideal incumbent will be highly reliable and detail-oriented. A strong focus on achieving results is a must.

Requirements

• An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of' MDS experience, with an additional 2-5 years experience working in a long term care setting.

• Current NYS Nursing license and certification is required.

• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
