As an independent contractor, you may appreciate: * Ability to negotiate your pay based on care being provided.  Our suggested rate based on market research is $18.00 per hour (hourly) $180.00 per day (live-in).  * Choose your schedule based on your own lifestyle and preferences. * Choose your clients: We let you know upfront what care a client is going to need. We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas: * West Chester * Malvern * King of Prussia * Berwyn * Devon * Exton * Chester Springs * Coatesville * Oxford * Kennett Square * Pottstown * Gap * Lancaster * Quarryville * Willow Street * Millersville * Columbia * Denver  Caregiver Requirements: * Driver’s License (for hourly caregivers) or State ID (live-in caregivers who don’t drive) * Criminal Background and child abuse clearances (clean) * Car Insurance * TB Test or Chest Xray * A minimum of 2 years’ experience with caregiving
