The Logistics Operations Team Lead oversees the daily operations of our warehouses and distribution centers, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities and duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee receiving, processing, and dispatching of bakery goods.

  • Assign workloads and daily tasks to designated associates.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory and storage areas.

  • Monitor inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping for all transactions.

  • Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

  • Experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or distribution.

  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Qualifications (preferred but not required):

  • Experience as a Team Lead in a unionized setting.

  • Knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or Supply Chain Management or in a relevant field (Required)

Schedule:

  • 12 days on, 2 days off (Schedule flexibility and ability to work in any shift)

Salary:

  • Salary range $80K to $100K yearly.

No Relocation support available
