Position Type: Full-time; Hourly

Location: Job Sites/Office; Portland

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating operations by directly supervising production, warehouse, sales and office functions.

• Hiring, training, develop, discipline and terminate of production employees including superintendents.

• Develops and implements method to improve productivity.

• Assists with determining location goals, objectives and future growth.

• Ensures that operations maintain a positive impact on customers.

• Analyzes financial information and prepares a variety of periodic reports that may include labor and loss efficiency, overhead analysis, sales margins, etc.

• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory

• Monitor jobs and schedules for compliance with production and safety standards.

• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree form a four-year college in Business Administration, Construction Management or related major and/or At least 4 years of management experience in knowledge of fireplaces and/or garage doors application and install is a plus

• Ability to analyze complex documents such as financial statements and technical journals.

• Ability to present information to a variety of audiences.

• Ability to operate a personal computer and various office equipment.

• Advance knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Up to 25% travel to job sites.

• Valid OR Driver’s License with good driving record
