You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team focused on designing state of the art structures within Advanced Facilities. Grow your skill level as you work among a collaborative and innovative team of designers and engineers of multiple disciplines. You’ll work closely with clients and construction trade partners as you develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You’ll convey civil requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM Civil 3D models. Come join our team and support civil design services in the electronics industrial field through Revit modeling and CAD design and have a hand in transforming tomorrow.

You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards and procedures, training and developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale. Here’s what you’ll need :

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· At least 10 years of drafting/design experience in the Civil field.

· At least 8 years AutoCAD Civil 3d design experience.

  • Expert level experience working with Civil 3d modules including pipe networks (gravity and pressurized) and grading.

· Experience in production of civil plans, profiles, and details.

· At least 2 years of working with Navis works.

· Ability to work with a team, and provide guidance to team members on design.

· Ability to work alone to accomplish complex design activities with minimal direction, specifically regarding design of pipe networks, and completion of grading plans.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or general industrial facilities.

  • Qualifying training in Civil 3d.

  • Ability to work alone with little direction from engineering lead on design of underground utilities (gravity and pressurized systems), site improvements, and grading.

  • Ability to back-check and evaluate own work.

  • Demonstrated ability working with client CAD standards.

  • Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.

  • Experience leading a team of Designers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
