• Construct financial procedures and controls

• Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

• Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

• Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness Requirements - Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Command of Billing Collection

• Billing experience

• Adeptness in Legal Billing

• Billing System experience preferred

• Experience with electronic billing

• Billing software for attorneys experience

• Experience with high volume data entry

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
