Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Accounting Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team. The primary role of the Accounting Assistant will be to support the Accounting Department with various day-to-day accounting duties. This is a temporary, part-time position, requiring 24 hours per week commitment with flexibility needed for 2 days in the office and 1 day off site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements.

• Manage and maintain company expense reports.

• Assist with auditing tasks and the implementation of audit procedures.

• Process invoices and track outgoings and receivables.

• Handle numeric data accurately to ensure precise financial records.

• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

• Provide additional support to the Accounting Department as required

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or related role.

• Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.

• Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP, is a plus.

• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

While this role is primarily office-based, flexibility to work remotely one day per week is required. Please note this is a temporary role to provide part-time assistance in the accounting department. Experience:

Accounting Assistant or similar role: 1 year (Preferred)
