Cook, role and responsibilities:

• Follow established recipes and techniques to prepare food items to customer specifications.
• Assist with maintaining kitchen organization and ensuring proper storage of all food items.
• Utilize established sanitation and food handling practices
• Follow procedures for opening, closing, and cleaning
• Become familiar with all food preparation stations and be able to work in any position
• Work effectively and cooperatively with the diner staff to provide our customer an enjoyable and memorable dining experience
