Young Co., a non-affiliated company of Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is seeking a motivated, driven Welder, who can fabricate weldments from prints to stainless steel, steel, and aluminum as well as other materials. We Offer: Convenient work schedules of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday Opportunity for overtime Interesting work in a custom machine shop with exposure to the latest technology Generous benefits, including 80 hours of PTO in your first year You Will: TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel, steel, and aluminum Fabricate weldments to print holding print tolerances Proper use of torches for the required task Cut and pre-machine stock to print Machine less complicated weldments to print Hold to weld specifications Provide engineering feedback on design changes to simplify the manufacture of weldments Keep welding equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following the manufacturers instructions You have: Minimum of 1 year of experience specific with TIG and MIG Welding A welding certification is preferred
