Main Function : Acute outpatient position to work as part of an interdisciplinary team performing evaluations, developing a plan of care, and providing treatment for patients requiring Physical Therapy services with a wide variety of diagnoses. Provide patient, family and caregiver education. Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information. Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility. Additional qualities include: strong manual therapy skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.

Required Experience : BS from an accredited Physical Therapy program at a minimum, DPT preferred. Current MA license. Lymphedema experience preferred. AHA BLS certification required.
