Review and analyze data and reports to identify strengths and weakness in business processes and evaluate operational effectiveness. Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for business operation improvements. Present reports to Uline\'s President and senior leaders with recommendations and action plans. Lead audits of branches, departments or business areas and provide informed suggestions and feedback. Act as a liaison between Uline\'s President and business departments. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. MBA a plus. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Excel. Experience with pulling data and SQL a plus. Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, with impeccable attention to detail. Strong written communication skills with the ability to express information concisely.
