Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Plano, Texas. This role entails analyzing business systems and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. The workplace is dynamic, and the role is critical in facilitating the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business systems to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement effective solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.

• Collaborate with team members to understand and document business processes and requirements.

• Utilize knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Confluence, CRM, and Database systems to optimize business operations.

• Participate in Agile Scrum activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently.

• Conduct AB Testing to validate system changes and improvements.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all system changes and updates.

• Resolve system-related issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

• Monitor and report on system performance regularly to stakeholders.

• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and make strategic recommendations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field is required

• Minimum of two years experience in a business systems analysis role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in data analysis and data modeling

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Experience with project management methodologies and software

• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and related business processes

• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Willingness to set and manage expectations within the business

• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data

• Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
