United States Army Futures Command Senior Requirements Analyst (Artifical Intelligence) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Summary About the Position: This position serves as a Senior Requirements Analyst (Artificial Intelligence) (AI), DE-0301-04 with Army Futures Command located in East Pittsburg, PA. Responsibilities Develops and implements improvements in operations, weighing efficiency and economy considerations in order to reach the best balance. Conducts a capability based assessment to align and analyze required capabilities with associated tasks, conditions, and standards based on approved Army Warfighting concepts. Determines capability gaps across warfighting functional areas Develops, coordinates, integrates, and supports the Army-wide requirements related to AI2C /AFC force modernization. Makes decisions and recommendations affecting the planning, developing, reviewing, and utilizing of proponent resources throughout the Army. Develops realistic milestones to produce the required products within the time and resources available. Collaborates with heads of other units to negotiate, decide on, and/or coordinate work-related changes affecting other units. Works within Joint and Army processes to mitigate gaps with integrated 'Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities' (DOTMLPF) solutions. Current Department of Army Civilian Employees Applying on Time-Limited Assignments In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1.) Develops, coordinates, integrates processes required for document approval; 2.) Provide technical assessment on quality of documentation solutions involving any combination of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel and facilities; 3.) Identifying capability gaps utilizing integrated solutions to resolve issues to Artificial Intelligence systems; and 4) Performing leadership responsibilities for a group of individuals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-03 / GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Manages and Organizes Information Oral Communication Planning and Evaluating Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (DE-03 / GS-13). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct deposit of pay is required.
