Summary About the Position: This position serves as a Senior Requirements Analyst (Artificial Intelligence) (AI), DE-0301-04 with Army Futures Command located in East Pittsburg, PA. Responsibilities Develops and implements improvements in operations, weighing efficiency and economy considerations in order to reach the best balance. Conducts a capability based assessment to align and analyze required capabilities with associated tasks, conditions, and standards based on approved Army Warfighting concepts. Determines capability gaps across warfighting functional areas Develops, coordinates, integrates, and supports the Army-wide requirements related to AI2C /AFC force modernization. Makes decisions and recommendations affecting the planning, developing, reviewing, and utilizing of proponent resources throughout the Army. Develops realistic milestones to produce the required products within the time and resources available. Collaborates with heads of other units to negotiate, decide on, and/or coordinate work-related changes affecting other units. Works within Joint and Army processes to mitigate gaps with integrated 'Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities' (DOTMLPF) solutions. Develops, coordinates, integrates processes required for document approval; 2.) Provide technical assessment on quality of documentation solutions involving any combination of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel and facilities; 3.) Identifying capability gaps utilizing integrated solutions to resolve issues to Artificial Intelligence systems; and 4) Performing leadership responsibilities for a group of individuals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-03 / GS-13).
