Trinity Health Program Assistant - Community Treatment Team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:

  • The Program Assistant assists the CTT Team Leader in managing and tracking data for program related auditing to ensure optimum efficiency.

  • The ideal candidate really keeps our team coordinated and energized, and we need someone who excels at organizing – for themselves, and for others!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • The Program Assistant assists the team in managing the essential non-clinical and clinical operations, including: communications, data entry, filing, scheduling, payee liaison and the basic coordination of day-to-day services while also engaging interactively with persons served when needed.

  • As part of the fidelity model of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) the program assistant must be proficient in participating in all Evidence Based Practices: Assertive Engagement; Empirically Supported Psychotherapy; Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Person Centered Treatment Planning

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating of the Daily Organizational Meeting (DOM) and weekly group supervision for team:

  • The team is mobile and delivers services in community locations to enable each consumer to find and live in their own residence and find and maintain work in community jobs rather than expecting the consumer to come to the program.

MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, criminal justice, gerontology, counseling, education, nursing or a related field OR High School Diploma/Equivalency and four years’ experience in a related field.

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle

  • Act 33/34/73 (Criminal, Child and FBI Check) clearances

  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a non-exempt/hourly position. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with flexibility to meet consumer needs.
