Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role involves managing the lobby area of our workplace and providing high-quality administrative support. The industry in which we operate is the telecom sector.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and reservation of conference rooms.

• Welcome and direct visitors including vendors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.

• Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures are adhered to.

• Coordinate events and handle the ordering of catering services.

• Handle the directing of incoming calls efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance operational efficiency.

• Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Facilitate smooth and efficient communication between departments.

• Assist in the organization and execution of company events and meetings.

• Adhere to company policies and regulations while performing all tasks. Requirements • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have experience in managing and directing incoming calls.

• Display strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

• Have a firm understanding of office management systems and procedures.

• Proficient in the use of office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and photocopiers.

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Display strong customer service skills.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Have a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

• Willingness to take on additional tasks as required.

• Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on one's feet.

• Have a positive and helpful attitude.

• Display punctuality and reliability.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
