This role is 100% onsite, and pay is starting at $65K based on experience.

Your responsibilities

• Teach and manage other support staff and customer relations

• Monitor calls

• Produce reports and financial data

• Preparing materials for presentations

• Arrange travel and meeting arrangements

  Requirements - Microsoft Excel experience desired

• Deep understanding of Arranging Travel

• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience

• Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
