Trinity Health Driver Part Time Child/Adolescent program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking a responsible and dependable individual to serve as a driver to transport children and adolescents in a timely and safe manner. If you’re calm, professional, and like working with children and adolescents we’d love to talk to you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Pickup and drop off persons served throughout Allegheny County and other surrounding counties as applicable.

  • Maintain a comfortable, clean, clutter-free and safe atmosphere in the company vehicle.

  • Complete monthly vehicle reports and immediately report problems with pickup/drop off, that may impact schedule, to unit supervisor.

  • Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts among passengers.

  • Demonstrate support of Pittsburgh Mercy’s mission and values in delivery of services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • High school diploma or Equivalency

  • 1 year driving experience

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to operate a company vehicle/van.

  • ACT 33/34/73 Clearances

  • Pre-employment Drug Screen

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:

Work Schedule: 7a-9a and 3p-5p; Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary slightly according to program need. This is a Non-Exempt (Hourly) position.
