Description:

The Residential Care Advisor provides direct service to adults with serious and persistent mental illness in a residential setting to include teaching all appropriate living/social skills to enhance the individual’s level of independence or helping the person served maintain his/her skill level to possibly move to a less restrictive site. Assists with mobility and daily living skills as needed: including cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, and support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a HS Diploma OR Equivalent with 1 year of direct care experience.

  • ​Valid Drivers’ License

  • Pre-employment drug test

  • Act 33/34 and 73 Clearances
