REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in a human services field along with 2 or more years supervisory experience preferably in programming for homeless provider, homeless services, mental health, counseling, health services, and supportive services programs for vulnerable and at risk populations. OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of experience in human services, as described above.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, and ability to develop effective teams and build consensus.

  • Understanding of homelessness and vulnerable and at risk population and programs and operations; ability to balance employee supervision with facility/program management

  • Must have exceptional computer skills using MS Office suite of products.

  • Must be able to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances

  • Pre-employment drug testing

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri Daylight Hours including on-call rotation​

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Community Programs Supervisor is critical to the day to day operations for the housing programs for Bethlehem Haven. The position will include scheduling and supervising of the Direct Care staff and the Team Coordinators. The Community Program Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of the daily operations of the residential programs. Bethlehem Haven provides emergency shelter and transitional housing and support for women who are homeless, chemically dependent and who have mental health issues.
