Responsibilities: • Provides secretarial support to the Admin Director and other department leaders. • Answer department phones. • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. • Coordinate meetings, including IT set-up, with minutes. • Collate and distribute mail. • Maintain nurse manager and physician call schedules in Web Exchange • Certify birth certificates. • Prepare department correspondence. • Create and maintain a filing system, physical and electronic. • Order supplies and essentials for the service line (six cost centers) • Handling invoices, service requests, requisitions, and check requests. • Schedule, and organize new hires, and screenings to include fit testing. • Organize education, traveling, and conferences. • Payroll preparer for service line • Maintain employee files, licensure, and certification requirements for the service line. Qualifications: Education: · Completion of high school with a diploma or equivalent. · Associate degree preferred. · Medical terminology
