Tri Vet Contracting Company, Inc. performs mostly government, commercial, and institutional work with some residential work from time to time. We are looking for a clean, reliable, and pleasant full-time employee who has experience with:

-Basic Grounds Maintenance

• Demolition of Interior/Exterior Structures

-Receive Deliveries

-Handling and Distributing of Supplies/Materials

• Operate Company Owned Vehicles, Material Handling, Lifts, Rental Equipment

• Ability to Pull a Trailer

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior Construction experience preferred, but will train the right motivated & reliable candidate.
• Valid driver's license.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• This position may require the ability to lift 50lbs, bending, stooping, standing and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

· This is a full- time position. This position may require 8-10 hour days.  OT paid after 40 hours.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

· Must possess a valid driver's license.

-Must have own reliable transportation.

· Ability to obtain clearances REQUIRED for Prevailing Wage Projects (E-verify and PA Background Check)
