Responsibilities

SUMMARY - Under the direction of the Manager-Nursing Services, coordinates and supervises patient care employees; directs functioning of assigned units; acts as liaison with physicians, patients, families, and staff. Responsible for daily operational activities of assigned unit(s) including evaluations, staff cost containment initiatives, daily productivity, regulatory compliance, patient safety and satisfaction and

quality.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Charge, Chemo or Oncology certified, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor.

**Monday-Friday clinic hours - no Weekends, no Holidays

Qualifications

MINIMUM

3 years RN experience in related specialty

Associates Degree in Nursing Program

RN:AZ

American Heart Association BLS

PREFERRED

Supervisor experience highly preferred

Master's degree

Oncology experience

Chemo Certified

Pay Range

$44.73 - $64.85 /hour
