The successful candidate will build, maintain, educate, and expand relationships with existing partners through a variety of routes to market including resell and referral. Teaming with aligned internal sales teams will be key to success. This is a great opportunity to have a huge impact and build an indirect sales channel.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Deltek sales teams to drive bi-directional introductions that lead to successful sales opportunities and represent Deltek products and services to partners.

You must know how to build relationships, as well as maintain them at the most senior level, whilst also having a good appreciation of leveraging all partner stakeholders and their capabilities to grow business.

In this key role for the growth of our business, you will need to be able to develop and maintain senior and deep partner relations for the purpose of driving joint:

  • New logo deals and top-of-funnel leads.

  • Solution offering development.

  • Strong, sustained marketing programs, campaigns, and events.

  • Customer success and expansion with deep partner involvement.

    Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing content for channel strategy and program marketing, collateral, and communications.

  • Driving pipeline to grow revenue.

  • Administering partner agreements and supporting sales engagement.

  • Partnering with marketing to drive partner-led campaigns that drive sales pipeline.

  • Ensuring partners are continuously fulfilling their partnership obligations and responsibilities to drive shared customer success.

  • Maintaining good operational and performance management including forecasting and Salesforce.com management.

Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we’d love you to have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with proven success in channel sales

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong sales acumen.

  • Proven ability to work independently and within a regional organization structure.

  • Comfortable working with direct sales teams, C-Suite, and external business owners.
