Essential to this role is an in-depth understanding of automation optimization, preferably leveraging Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath or Workato, along with experience in ERP/PSA application system administration. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of configuring and integrating with Jira Cloud and SharePoint. They will provide strong evidence of fostering collaboration across departments for integration solutions and staying abreast of emerging technologies. Ideally, they will have experience of managing applications and data in professional services or project-based businesses. In this capacity, the Senior Operations Analyst/Senior Systems Admin will play a crucial role in developing automations across applications and leading enhancement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Implement API integration strategies to link systems, optimizing automation functions.

• Customize Jira Cloud environments, integrating with diverse tools/systems to streamline operational workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and deploy integration solutions, prioritizing data security and consistency.

• Oversee integration performance for reliability and effectiveness, while staying abreast of emerging technologies to drive ongoing enhancements.

• Develop automated bots to streamline manual processes and enhance efficiency.

• Employ Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or Workato alongside the Power Platform to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks.

• Lead projects, offering regular feedback to stakeholders and business owners.

• Manage access requests and system updates, including documentation and technical design specifications, to ensure project success.

• Configure Jira project management tool, including workflows, issue types, and permission schemes, to align with end-user requirements.

• Administer Deltek PSA (Professional Services Automation) systems, overseeing data flow, integration, and security measures.

• Establish and implement monitoring procedures, tools, and standards to uphold system and application security.

• Apply system and data analysis skills to address service requests, including managing access for end-customers.

• Preference for SQL skills, enabling efficient data querying and manipulation. Ability to craft SQL statements to capture data from Data Warehouse for visualization and presentation in data visualization software.

Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university

• 2-3+ years of system administration experience

• 2-3+ years of integration experience, particularly defining and mapping disparate data sources (preferably including ERP / PSA applications)

• 2-3+ years of experience working with and administering SharePoint & Jira applications

• 2-3+ years of SQL development proficiency (preference)
