• Build, mentor, and grow the team, including hiring exceptional talent, and providing the skills and tools they need to succeed.

• Work with product management to build relationships, influence business strategy, and help with the product roadmap.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation, speed, and quality.

• Customer-focused and a scrum leader to deliver high-quality products.

• Review existing development practices, including architecture and CI/CD, and propose improvements.

Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, and delivering high-quality software for customers.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade software.

• Demonstrated success in people leadership in software development, particularly using an Agile process and leading with a DevOps approach for continuous integration and continuous delivery.

• A sense of personal ownership and accountability is required, along with the ability to deliver to deadlines while managing internal stakeholder expectations.

• Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries.

• Experience in leading scrum meetings, sprint planning, and estimation.

  Nice to have:

• Excellent analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to software design.

• Experience working with a geographically and culturally diverse team and stakeholders.

• Practiced Agile / Scrum methodology.
