• Work with the team to oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and retirement.

• For assets based in Philippines, ensure compliance with PEZA Farm-In and Farm-Out requirements.

• Adhere to asset management policies, procedures, and maintain documentation as needed.

• Conduct regular audits and inventories to ensure accuracy of asset records and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize asset procurement processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for the acquisition and maintenance of IT assets.

• Fullfill internal and end-user requests for IT equipment (Software and Hardware) using Service Now ITSM solution.

• Utilize ServiceNow platform to establish and maintain IT asset records, workflows, and reports.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IT asset management processes and systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT asset management.

Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT asset management, preferably in a PEZA-regulated environment.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, responding to tickets, its related tasks and report creation.

• Familiarity in IT Service Management processes and tools (i.e. BMC Remedy, etc.).

• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CHAMP, ITIL, ServiceNow) are a plus.

• Must be willing to work 2-3 days per week in the office. Flexible hybrid work schedule depending on operations or upon approval of the manager.
