We are seeking Medical Assistant to join our team in our Parkside Recovery Clinic - Philadelphia, PA location. Earn $17.95/hour. Parkside Recovery is a nationally recognized Opioid Center of Excellence dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals on their journey to recovery. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering evidence-based therapies and personalized treatment plans to address the complex needs of persons in recovery (PIR). Parkside Recovery is situated across the street from Fairmount Park and close to the Please Touch Museum, offering gated parking. Position Details Assist providers with the examination of people in recovery (PIRs). Measure vital signs, prepare charts for provider. Prepare room for examination by provider. Maintain steady flow of PIRs in the medical department. Responds to medical emergencies. Complete EKGs. Complete required documentation timely. Draw and collect bodily fluids. Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: High School diploma or G.E.D. Medical Assistant certificate. Certification in phlebotomy preferred. Minimum of one (1) year working as a medical assistant, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
