The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for Information Systems Security Specialists III to support a Navy government customer. Position is onsite at the Government facility in Philadelphia, PA.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide oversight of all server administrative support tasking requirements and ensure they are successfully met to include: Providing technical assistance and solutions for any issues found during implementation of all configuration requirements, providing back-up support of all SSIS II tasking, and reporting on the status of all tasking requirements when required.

• Provide oversight of all Cybersecurity Desktop Administrative Support tasking requirements and ensure they are successfully met to include providing technical assistance and solutions for any issues found during implementation all configuration requirements, providing back-up support of all SSIS II tasking, and reporting on the status of all tasking requirements when required.

• Provide oversight on all Cybersecurity Documentation Support tasking and ensure they are successfully met to include providing assistance and solutions for any issues found during implementation all requirements, providing back-up support of all SSIS II tasking, and reporting on the status of all tasking requirements when required

• Provide oversight of all Vulnerability Asset Management Support tasking requirements and ensure they are successfully met to include providing technical assistance and solutions for any issues found during implementation all requirements, providing back-up support of all SSIS II tasking, and reporting on the status of all tasking requirements when required.

• Coordinate with the government-appointed Navy Validator throughout the C&A/A&A package creation and processing to ensure compliance with stated regulations to help ensure an efficient package-submission that results in ATO. Inform the Navy Validator when artifacts are produced. Submit completed C&A/A&A Packages to the government-appointed Navy Validator for validation of C&A/A&A Packages

• Develop and maintain a Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) for all IA-related tasks and deliverables. The contractor shall develop Risk Assessment Reports (RARs) based on vulnerability test results, automated scan reviews, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans, and other DoD-mandated assessment-utilities. Ensure reports follow DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Input reports in eMASS, or deliver in MS Office-products/Visio formats, as appropriate.

• Provide oversight on all Assets & Authorize/Risk Management Framework Package Preparation and Documentation tasking and ensure they are successfully met to include providing assistance and solutions for any issues found during implementation of the requirements, providing back-up support of all SSIS II tasking, and reporting on the status of all tasking requirements when required.

• Provide oversight on all Certification Test and Evaluation Support tasking and ensure they are successfully met to include providing assistance and solutions for any issues found during implementation of all requirements, providing back-up support of all SSIS II tasking, and reporting on the status of all tasking requirements when required

• Provide oversight on all Remediation Support tasking and ensure they are successfully met to include providing assistance and solutions for any issues found during implementation of all requirements, providing back-up support of all SSIS II tasking, and reporting on the status of all tasking requirements when required.

  REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Must have an Associates degree in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics, or related technical field.

• In accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, candidates must be IAT III certified with at least one active baseline certification: CASP+ CE; CCNP Security; CISA; CISSP (or Associate); GCED; GCIH; or CCSP.

  REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must have five (5) years of cybersecurity experience in DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).

  REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must have an active Secret clearance.
