JOB REQUIREMENTS: Complete Dental Staffing is working with a premier office in southeast Wisconsin looking for a qualified hygienist to work with them 25 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and optional hours on Thursdays). Key Responsibilities: Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, evaluating/treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management. Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth Perform oral cancer screenings. Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS utilizing available technology. Providing dental health education about tooth and gum care Maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Requirements: Registered Dental Hygienist License Anesthesia Certification CPR 1 year of experience is preferredbut will consider a new graduate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with computer technology. Passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
