TEKsystems Business Support Specialist in Pensacola, Florida

TEKsystems is currently hiring a Business Support Specialist to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Job Description:

  • To receive escalated, moderately complex and/or urgent inquires related to member accounts, general ledger accounts, polices and procedures.

  • To research and respond to branch and member impacting escalated situations, moderately complex account errors and system issues under supervision.

  • To assist with comprehensive testing and implementation of enhancements to existing software and of new systems.

  • Working off of a ticket log to solve cases/incidents.

  • Follow up on missing files and contacting vendors (must be comfortable being on the phone)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Ability to start as early as 6am CST and no later than 9am CST. (Shift examples: 7-330; 730-4; 8-430; 830-5 CST)

Location:

Pensacola, FL/ Hybrid schedule with 2 day per week onsite
