Our client, warehouse industry, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team. As a Safety Coordinator you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting Safety Team. The ideal candidate will have Attention to detail, safety awareness and decision making skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Warehouse Safety Coordinator

Location: Peachtree City, GA

Pay Range: $30/hour

What’s the Job?

• Facilitate monthly Central EH & S Meetings, Contract Health & Environmental Safety orientation and Visitor Health & Safety Orientation.

• Assist in the research, planning, organizing and conduction of safety programs.

• Assist managers, supervisors & operators with problems and respond to inquiries as needed.

• Assist with preparing and administering various safety programs.

• Schedule and maintain Forklift Safety Program and schedules onsite safety shoe truck each year for employees.

What’s Needed?

• Associates degree in Industrial Safety and or a minimum of 2 years experience of professional in the planning, development and implementation of Health and Safety Management Systems.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
