JOB SUMMARY :

Provides administrative Treasury support to US and Canada based businesses, performing a variety of centralized Treasury functions which includes, but is not limited to, assisting with the processing of monthly and quarterly sales tax payments, monitoring of daily cash balances, processing of weekly payroll related wires and researching requests for payment confirmations. Aids in other tasks such as investment and payroll reconciliations and related journal entries into the Oracle general ledger. Provides quality customer service support to the Shared Services and Field. Assists other Treasury/Finance staff and Director as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The role will assist with and/or perform the following treasury activities:

• Process payments on a daily/weekly basis.

• Performs analysis of bank fees.

• IC Analysis with one or more internal counterparts.

• Fee payment arrangements.

• Activity analysis and reporting for one or more banks/accounts.

• Performs Oracle cash management reconciliations.

• Financial item analysis and reporting preparation.

• Governmental filings.

• Assists Treasury team with maintaining written procedures for job related functions.

• Provides quality customer service to Shared Services & field areas.

• Additional duties and or projects including filing as needed and assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

• Solid understanding of accounting close cycles.

• Ability to analyze/interpret data; interpret day-to-day business objectives, preparation/execution of operational practices and work programs.

• Knowledge of mathematical concepts including computation of rates, ratios, percentages, averages and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in various PC applications including Internet Browsers, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other database software packages.

• Knowledge of the processes of U.S. financial institutions.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud & GL/Cash Management systems preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud & OTBI/Smartview reporting preferred.

Education/Experience:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; 0-2 years of Accounting/Treasury related experience and fast paced customer experience
