Position Purpose:

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to head our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) organization. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's cloud strategy and leading a team of cloud professionals, including architects, engineers, product and program managers.

You will oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud platforms (AWS and GCP). Additionally, you and your team will be responsible for cloud product management, financial management, organizational change management, onboarding and training.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization's cloud strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team of cloud professionals, including architects, engineers, product managers, and security experts.

  • Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud platforms (AWS and GCP) to ensure alignment with business objectives and best practices.

  • Responsible for cloud product management, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

  • Oversee cloud financial management, cost optimization, and budgeting.

  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to drive cloud adoption and cultural transformation.

  • Ensure the delivery of cloud platform engineering, operations, and security services.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align cloud initiatives with business needs.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with cloud service providers and industry partners.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing and in a leadership role.

  • 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced IT organization.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams in a cloud environment.

  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, architectures, and best practices, particularly with AWS and GCP.

  • Experience in developing and executing cloud strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of cloud financial management, cost optimization, and budgeting.

  • Familiarity with organizational change management principles and methodologies.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

  • Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management principles.

  • Expertise in cloud service delivery models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their implications.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Required Certification/Licenses/Training:

  • Cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner and/or Google Cloud Digital Leader) is preferred.

  • Additional certifications in areas such as cloud security, DevOps, or organizational change management are highly desirable.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends.

Physical Requirements:

  • This will be a hybrid role located in Paramus, NJ.

  • Travel up to 20% may be required.
