We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations at a leading Manufacturing company in Paramount,CA. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing order fulfillment, coordinating shipping and receiving, ensuring workplace safety, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.

• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control, conduct audits, and ensure accurate tracking.

Order Fulfillment:

• Coordinate timely delivery and resolve order issues with sales teams.

Shipping and Receiving:

• Supervise shipments, ensuring policy compliance and negotiating logistics.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure warehouse safety and conduct regular audits.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement efficiency enhancements using WMS.

Production Support:

• Collaborate with production for seamless parts supply and operations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
