PART TIME ROLE - 20-30 HOURS A WEEK. TUESDAY-THURSDAY.

Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Coordinator to help update and manage our extensive recipe database. This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for food with strong technical skills in data management and content systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our culinary content across multiple platforms, ensuring that our customers and users have access to inspiring and reliable grilling recipes.

• Manage and update the recipe database using Smart Sheets and other web-based tools, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.

• Input new recipes and update existing recipes in the Content Management Systems (CMS) for the App and Recipe Website.

• Ensure all recipe content is consistent in format and meets the quality standards set.

• Work closely with the culinary and marketing teams to ensure timely updates and synchronization of recipes across all digital platforms.

• Conduct regular audits of the database to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.

• Assist in the tagging and categorization of recipes to improve searchability and user experience.

• Support the culinary team with data analysis and report generation as needed.

• Participate in system enhancements and testing to ensure continuous improvement of the content management process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• Data Entry and typing experience

• 30 wpm typing test

• Knowledge of food and culinary groups to be able to identify types of meals and food

• Microsoft Office Suite
