Job Summary

Manages Palliative Care depts (Inpt and Outpatient) achieving dept objectives. Maintains grant requirements and positions dept to continue grant supports as applicable. Trains community, staff, facilities and others to clarify expectations, roles, levels of care, criteria for service.

Applied Sciences or Health related field

10 years Hospice, Home Health, Palliative Care or combination thereof
