The Compliance Specialist II compiles and classifies reports, issues notifications, assists with creation and maintenance of manuals and public information; and manages unit administrative documents in support of a specific compliance program to ensure compliance with institutional rules and or laws/regulations. Responsibilities Collects, compiles, and organizes reports for a defined compliance program and communicates data to internal and external stakeholders when appropriate Issues compliance notifications and provides education and resources to inquiring entities Assists with the creation and the maintenance of manuals, communication materials, and other compliance materials in accordance with established laws and regulations Advises and consults with hiring units on effective ways to recruit qualified and diverse applicant pools Complies with and responds to internal and external AA/EEO requests Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree High tolerance for ambiguity Experience with the implementation or interpretation of policies, procedures, or administration of programs.
