Our Ontario, Oregon hospital is hiring a Full-Time nurse for it's Obstetrics Unit!

About the Position:

We have a great opportunity open for a night shift nurse on our Obstetrics unit. This is a full-time, 36 hour per week position, with 12 hour shifts, generally worked 7p to 7a.

About The Unit :

Our Maternity Center in Ontario, Oregon is a 10 bed unit, with 6 Labor & Delivery rooms and 4 Postpartum rooms, as well as a Newborn Nursery. With over 500 deliveries a year, we offer a staffing ratio of 1:1 and provide opportunities for our nurses to learn and support every part of the birth experience.

We take pride in providing a positive birth experience, with safe, evidence-based medical care. Our OB team is tight knit and the long-tenure of staff speaks to the friendly, collaborative environment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Colleague must have an RN license in the state of Oregon issued prior to hire date.

  • Must provide proof of licensure in the state of Idaho within 90 days of hire.

  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units.

  • ACLS/NRP Certification required within 6 months

  • EFM Certification required within 1 year.
