JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diagnose, repair and/or maintain heating, air conditioning, ventilation and air quality units and equipment in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities may include: Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring. Perform preventive or general maintenance on units/equipment to maintain efficiency which may include cleaning or vacuuming units, oiling parts or changing filters. Connect heating or air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with customers to isolate problems or verify that repairs corrected the malfunction. Electronically record time, materials, diagnosis, repairs conducted, billing information and/or other special situations on work orders. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: HVAC service experience required (preferably 1-2 years minimum) Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record required.
