Responsibilities

How would you like to have an experienced RN at your fingertips? Someone to help with your admissions and discharges, check in on your patients and to help you with complex patient situations? Join our Med Surg team and you will get just that. A virtual RN who can do all of those things and more through a TV screen in the patient rooms. We are changing how we approach med surg nursing and would love for you to join us!

What You’ll Do

This is an excellent role for someone who dislikes routine and wants to keep their skills sharp. Your day-to-day nursing tasks will depend on the tailored needs of your patients.

  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients

  • Administer medications change dressings monitor vital signs and chart with timely documentation

  • Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work care coordination physical therapy occupational therapy lab respiratory therapy and imaging

  • Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment

Qualifications

We are offering a $25,000 signon bonus and up to $10,000 in student loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following criteria.

What You’ll Need

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire

  • Specialty certification may be required after hire

Pay Range

$33.50 - $48.58 /hour
