Construction Estimator

Skills Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management

• Minimum 4 years of estimation experience

• Experience with estimation software

Job Description:

• Analyzing project drawings and specifications to accurately estimate costs

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes

• Utilizing software such as Plan Swift, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, Asta Scheduling, Microsoft Office, etc. for precise cost calculations

• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms

• Developing detailed project proposals and bid packages

• Lead the pre-construction budget proposal

• Monitoring project progress to ensure cost control and adherence to budget constraints

• Providing accurate and timely estimates for various construction projects
