The Role

The Marketing Programs Lumen Digital leader works across a cross functional team of Marketing, Sales and Alliances to develop the end-to-end Marketing strategy for the Lumen Digital portfolio. This includes being the marketing focal for all executive reviews, including C-level presentations on marketing, sales, and revenue progress. Additionally, this role leads the cross-functional team tasked to build and deliver customer obsessed integrated marketing campaigns in support of the Lumen Digital business objectives, leveraging a full suite of marketing tactics.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Partners with Sales and Product leadership to understand the marketing requirements associated with the Lumen digital sales and revenue plans

  • Works with Product Management to understand the product roadmap across the four pillars of Lumen Digital and develop the appropriate marketing and external communications plans

  • Act as the executive liaison to the Lumen Digital program, leading weekly C-suite updates on marketing program status.

  • Develops communications plans and customer reference needs for external events including earnings and board of directors updates

  • Manages large cross functional delivery teams that include complex activities, building strategic plans, driving teams to deadlines, and determining what levers need to be pulled to drive the most organizational impact

  • Develops the campaign approach and vision needed to execute against Program goals

  • Streamlines priority product launches into our campaign plans & solutions

  • Leverages communication channels & stakeholder cadence to keep the organization aligned on campaign delivery team updates, results, best practices & learnings

  • Leverages the offer development team to create differentiated offers based on the unique campaign use cases

  • Monitors and reports on campaign results, where we are seeing success and where optimizations are needed to drive more impact. Develops action plans anchored in data to ensure we maximize marketing impact on sales and revenue targets

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 7-10+ years of relevant Business-to-Business marketing and technology experience with increasing levels of responsibility, specifically in the area of large enterprise and wholesale.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills

  • Highly strategic, consultative player who can plan and execute

  • Ability to think outside of the box and innovate to achieve results

  • Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation

  • Ability to cultivate relationships and earn trust inside and outside of the delivery team and lead in a cross functional program environment

  • Results-Oriented leader with prior successful experience in a dynamic, highly matrixed corporate environment, who is detail-oriented and has a strong focus on delivery milestones.

  • Strong marketing leader who has the ability to lead and motivate the team

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen effectively and communicate in a proactive fashion.

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

  • Comfortable interacting, influencing, and lobbying at the VP/SVP/ C-Level.

  • Ability to adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes.

  • Advanced Degree preferred

Compensation Data

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$111,480 - $148,630 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$117,340 - $156,450 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$123,210 - $164,280 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$129,080 - $172,100 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
