Maintenance Technician

Are you a maintenance professional looking for a position where you can employ a wide variety of skills? BHR is looking for an energetic maintenance professional with skills in routine facilities and grounds maintenance to join our Facilities Department. Compensation: $21.74- $30.01 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in home and/or office maintenance/repair skills.
• Able to climb ladders including extension ladders and crawl in confined areas.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to and over 25 pounds.
• Must have valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.

• While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
