This position plans, coordinates, and provides nursing care to participants/residents/patients/clients in accordance to individual service contracts, and as directed by supervisor and/or Registered Nurse. Required Qualifications: Education sufficient to qualify as an LPN Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Preferred Qualifications: 1 year LTC geriatric experience 1 year experience as a staff nurse with LTC experience Supervisory experience with nursing assistants Experience with an interdisciplinary team Why Join Providence?
